Four wheel alignment toe in value
Toe inward, the so-called "inner eight character foot" means that the left and right front wheels are facing inward respectively. The purpose of adopting this structure is to correct the outward rotation of the wheels caused by the front wheel camber angle mentioned above. As mentioned earlier, due to the outward tilt, steering wheel operation becomes easier. On the other hand, due to the tilting of the wheels, the left and right front wheels rotate outward respectively. To correct this problem, if the left and right wheels have an inward angle, the positive and negative values are zero, and the left and right wheels can maintain a straight line to reduce tire wear.
The above four positioning values are all indicators of front wheel alignment. The rear wheel alignment value is similar to the front wheel alignment value, but the rear wheel alignment of most sedans is not adjustable.
