Production Equipment

In order to ensure the quality of LEO wheel alignment machines, we have independently manufactured numerous production equipment based on the characteristics of our software. We conduct three-dimensional spatial calibration for each camera, ensuring consistent performance for each camera and enhancing interchangeability between cameras. To reduce the failure rate of cameras, we subject calibrated cameras to a 3*24-hour aging test. Each 3D wheel aligner undergoes 100% calibration testing before delivery, including CPC calibration and CTC calibration. We have developed a special simulated vehicle frame and, through other methods, obtained precise values of the caster, camber and toe. We use these standard values to calibrate each wheel alignment machine. Once calibrated, the wheel aligner is directly packaged, and the targets and clamps are not disassembled. During on-site installation by technicians, there is no need to repeat the calibration process.
